Lenovo - G50-70 Problems with hardware

  • Hi,

I have some problems with hardware like graphic card, wifi, cooling fan. All drivers are up-to-date

My problem with graphic card: I have integrated card Intel HD Graphics and Radeon R5 m230 (after upgrade software its HD 8500M) and when in device manager I turn off integrated card (Intel HD) my radeons software dont see any radeons card, cant change brightness and play game because of graphics software problems. Its normal, that after turn off integrated card dedicated card (radeon card) is useless and not able in device manager?

My problem with wifi: I have router Huawei B315 and its wifi speed is up to 300 Mbps and my wifi card speed is up to 433 Mbps (Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160). When Im connected, top speed of wifi is 150 Mbps and when i turn on some other router top speed is only ~72Mbps. When i put computer near router 10cm between and others devices are turn off my wifi power bar is max 4 bars and 150. Why i cant get stronger signal and faster connection than 4 bars and 150 Mbps?

My problem with cooling fan: My cooling fan runs at low or medium rotates, even computer is heating fan dont speed up. I have installed FanSpeedControl (by Lenovo), in energy manager there is option cleaning fan and this option speed up fan much more than automatic control when computer is heating. How speed up fan? Even MSI Afterburner cant control fan like Energy Manager.

    Is my computer work properly?

  • Lenovo - Touchpad problems with Thinkpad Yoga 12- windows 10

So I've had this Yoga 12 for about 3 moths now. In the past month, after I installed a new windows update, the touchpad and trackpoint would not work, like it was disabled. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling-- did not work. I even reset the computer. STILL DID NOT WORK. So I ran the driver verifier which told me that the one of Lenovo products had problem with it--I don't remember which one-- so I uninstalled it. Still didn't work. After all that, I tried for the last time to uninstall the synaptics drive. When I uninstalled it... it was still there! I don't know how, but it was still there and now the touchpad and trackpoint both works. Well, sporadically. It will work for a few minutes, then won't work for a few minutes (or more). So.. that's where I am now (actually, right now, as I am writing this, only the trackpoint is working. oop nvm it stopped working). Any thoughts on how to fix this problem? Thanks! Also, when the touchpad & trackpoint works,

  • Lenovo - Audio problems with Windows 10

Had my 86 year old father purchase a Lenovo C40-05 AIO to use for email, ordering RX & medical supplies and watching videos. Unit came with Windows 8.1, upgraded to Windows 10. Had internet and audio problems immediately after upgrade. Was able to fix internet issues but still having problems with Audio. Can uninstall drivers, restart and have sound till my dad turns off the computer or it goes to sleep. When you restart, no audio. Updated sound drivers, still have problem. Called Lenovo Support, they claim they can fix but want another $69.00 to do so. May have to pay but wanted to see if anyone has run into this problem and has a fix. Did not want to pay another $69.00 after having just paid $600.00 for a new computer.  If you have a fix, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've had my first gen Moto E for a little over a year now and I recently opened motorola alert and added my emergency contact and my home as the only location. It's only been a few days since I activated it. The first day or so, my contact (my husband) was getting texts a couple times an hour or so stating that i had left home, then I had come home, repeatedly. It showed that I had come back home more than a dozen times that afternoon and evening when my phone was sitting next to both of us plugged in to the charger and hadn't moved from that position all day. I went in to turn off the alerts and change the settings in the app as per the instructions on the motorola site, but that didn't work. After reading some forums from people with similar issues with the app, I followed the best suggestions I found there by accessing it through settings to clear the data, uninstall updates, and disable the app. That STILL didn't work! He was still getting regular texts stating that I was home. The

  • Lenovo - Recurring Problems with Y410P and NO Response from Customer Service

I work from home and as a result my laptop is my livelihood. I purchased the Y410P in December (2014) and have had recurring problems with the machine. The battery fails over and over again and this destroys the hard disk. Last September I had it repaired, but the repair was delayed for ONE MONTH at the factory. Now the same problems are arising again and Customer Service is not responding to my calls. I made a call to the CS line and was told Allison Rorie, the customer care case manager for noth america, would contact me via phone within 3 business days. I did not receive a call from her in that time. Four business days later I received an email from her saying my case had been "escalated" with no details. It has been 6 days with no response from Allison after sending her two emails.  I suspect they are waiting for my warranty to expire on April 29th before doing anything. I am so disappointed with the service from Lenovo.

  • Lenovo - WiFi problems with Y700

Hello! I've had my Y700 for half a year already, and I really love it, except for one very annoying problem. The wireless connection is very unstable. It often drops out, or stays connected, without having any actual connectivity. I replaced the router at home, I keep testing it with two other PCs and a smartphone, and no other device has any issues. I encounter the same problem, when I try to use other WiFi networks, out of my home - I can never rely on the laptop to have a stable internet connection, because it would randomly drop the connection, or stay connected, but lose all connectivity (Chrome just stays on "Resolving host..." and then says there is no internet connection). Does anybody have similar issues and a fix, or at least some suggestions? They would be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance!

  • Lenovo - M73Z - problems with recording music onto CD-r's

I use my PC to record downloaded music onto CD-Rs for playing in my hi-fi CD player. Now I have done this for a year or more with no problems but in the last three months more and more discs are failing. Part way through the recording process the software will suddenly halt and the Cd will be ruined, having got some data on it, but not having got as far as the finalisation process. I first assumed the software needed updating (I'm using Ashampoo Music Studio 3, so I bought version 6 but it made no difference. Here are all the other things I've tried:1) Different makes of disc - Imation, Sony, TDK standard and TDK audio2) Different software - Ashampoo Music Studio3 and 6, Ashampoo burning studio 10 & Windows Media Player3) I've tried changing the settings in the software to record at a lower speed , say 20x instead of 24x4) I've updated my PC to Windows 105) I've run CCleaner and got rid of all temp files.6) I've removed the CD drive in Control panel and let it reinstall. I've also
