Dell - Dell XPS 15 9550 ling Noise coming from speakers when plugging and un plugging power supply.

  • Righ-click speaker icon on the taskbar and click on troubleshoot sound problems. It should sort it out, it worked for me. And make sure nothing is ticked in enhancements.

    I can only suggest that you should always shut down your laptop before you put it in a bag, the heat will eventually kill your hard drive. Closing your lid means it is on in sleep mode so there will be power going to the motherboard.

    Hello Sungscs Thanks for writing to us. How is the audio from internal speakers, if its the same then its the audio card problem on motherboard. if it works perfectly from internal speakers, then the jack is faulty. You can try updating audio drivers and BIOS and observe for any changes. Regards
